2025 Chardonnay pét-nat. Organically farmed in Cawston BC, fermented in stainless steel and bottled during primary fermentation. Disgorged after 5 months on lees in bottle.

2023 Vermouth. Made from organically farmed Pinot noir that was aromatized with local botanicals and flowers. Fortified with grappa made from previous vintage lees, and sweetened with organic cane sugar. Aged for two years prior to bottling.
2020 Cider wine pét-nat. Made from organically farmed early gold apples, and organic sovereign rose grapes. Blended and bottled during primary fermentation. Aged on lees in bottle for 5 years prior to disgorging.
